CUCMBER GEL 1) To take care of the skin:- this gel is applied to face,neck, kept for 10-15 minutes and then wahed with cold water, It providees skin with a good tonic and also maintaing health. It protects the skin from black heads, pimples and wrinkles. It also moisturizes excessive dey skin. In situation of redness or allergy of the skin, the gel gives permanent relief.2) Sun burn : Sometimes on walking in the sun or with excessive summer heat, the skin becomes dry. We have so many, simple, safe, and economical herbal medicines available to us. By using them judiciously we can prevent illnesses. Take the case of drinking of water! Drinking 6-10 glasses of water in a day, does not cost much! cold and aerated water does more harm than benefits. For doing without any drugs. ‘Jalaneti’, after waking up in the morning, takes only one minute and few paise for salt. Pranaysm is free of cost. It takes only 5 minutes, same way, biting and chewing food properly, implanting artificial tooth after tooth extraction, not biting the nails, washings hands before meals, and most important is, eating some made, fresh, satvik food can help keep a good health without any drugs. Pollution is here to stay: keeping this in mind, we should concentrate more on how to make ourselves constitutionally ‘strong’. Same can be said about our diet. Thus for maintaining good health, the restrictive diet should be considered well and mistakes must be corrected.

- In winters rub the dry skin, then massage with oil and then for 15-20 minutes remain in the sun.
- Do not use soap instead use besan or multani mud for bathing and use luke warm water for bathing and in the end wipe the body with cold wet towel and dry the skin with palms. .
- Wet your feet in warm water for 10 minutes and then massage with oil.
- Mix lemon juice in glycerine and apply on your hands.
- Befor sleeping at night apply milk cream on the face.
